SharePoint Workshop for Regional Contractors (Ankeny-6/2)
This training will provide contractors the opportunity to work with the new SharePoint electronic submission system. This new electronic submission process takes effect July 1, 2010. The Regional contractor training will be held in computer labs which allows participants to have a hands-on experience. IDPH staff will be available during the training to answer questions and provide their expertise. Target Audience: All personnel from the contractor’s agencies that will be involved with competitive selection submissions, expenditure reporting, or contracting with IDPH should attend one of these sessions. Prerequisites - Yes: Prior to the hands-on computer lab session, all attendees should view or attend the Webinar training on the SharePoint System scheduled the week of May 17th. We invite you to register for the class not only to increase your knowledge of Excel, but the instructor will provide guidance on how using the features of Excel will help you with your job/projects.
