This training will provide contractors the opportunity to work with the new SharePoint electronic submission system. This new electronic submission process takes effect July 1, 2010. The Regional contractor training will be held in computer labs which allows participants to have a hands-on experience. IDPH staff will be available during the training to answer questions and provide their expertise. Target Audience: All personnel from the contractor’s agencies that will be involved with competitive selection submissions, expenditure reporting, or contracting with IDPH should attend one of these sessions. Course Description and Learning Objectives: This is an Intermediate-level Excel class.  This class will offer hands-on training. We invite you to register for the class not only to increase your knowledge of Excel, but the instructor will provide guidance on how using the features of Excel will help you with your job/projects.  The instructor will cover: •     Advanced formulas •     Cell referencing •     Formatting and •     Data sorting  Feel free to bring a project you’re working on to learn some new tips and skills. This is the first time this class has been offered. Prerequisites: Yes Participants must have a basic understanding of formatting and how to create formulas.
