Proposal) to competitively select service providers

 -​Training includes a review of:

 •​ Rules, code and policy related to competitive selection process.

 •​How to determine which competitive selection document to use

 •​In-depth review of each section of the RFP template

 •​Brief overview of the process:  preparation, posting, Q/A, review, awards and 

appeals.
