Description:
This webinar focuses on the value of peer-networking.  It describes the benefits of peer-networking for local health departments as they conduct performance improvement activities (accreditation preparation, community health improvement planning, quality improvement, etc).

Objectives:

  • Explain peer-networking opportunities for local health department performance improvement work
  • Explain the benefits of peer-networking groups and how to participate in them to maximize value
  • Describe how two local health departments conduct performance improvement activities with the support of peers and mentors
