Course Description and Learning Objectives:
-Finance Bureau Training
-This session will provide specifics on the service contract documents used in
the department.
-Training includes a review of:
* Review of rules, code and policy related to contracting for services
* Contract template options, how to determine which to use
* In-depth review of each section of the Special Conditions Contract Template;
including performance measures.
* Review of all documents needed in addition to the contract (for example, PCQ
form/SS8 form, W9)
* Brief overview of preparing and routing contracts within IDPH.
* Contract monitoring expectations for employees.
