• In this class we will talk about more tools you can use
       with a quality improvement team as they work to understand the root cause
       of an issue. 
• They are also great tools you can use as an individual
       in your work here at IDPH.
• Come experience force field analysis, interrelationship
       diagraphs, and process decision program charts!
